Nitrile Butadiene Rubber latex is an aqueous, colloidal dispersion of carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer with a high acrylonitrile level. The dispersion contains an emulsifier system and is stabilized with an antioxidant.

Production Application

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber latex YFG-738 is mainly used to make unlined household gloves. The gloves do not contain protease and will not cause skin irritation. It is one of the best materials to replace PVC gloves(difficult-to-degrade) and natural latex gloves(cause skin irritation easily)  


Storage:

-Store locked up.

-Keep away ignition sources.

-Keep in well-ventilated place.

-Be stored separately from prohibited mixture materials.

-Store at an even temperature of between 0℃~+35℃, avoiding frost and direct sunlight.

-Latex not used within 6 months should be tested to determine if any of the properties have changed.

-If dry film and small coagulum had occurred during storage period, filter it with 80

mesh stainless wire gauge.
