Working principle

The liquid raw material is input through a high-pressure pump, atomized into fine water droplets and sprayed, and then combined with hot air and fall down. Most of the powder is collected from the discharge port at the bottom of the equipment. The waste air and fine powder are separated by the cyclone separator, the waste air is discharged by the fan, and the fine powder is collected at the bottom of the cyclone separator. A diode dust collector is installed at the outlet, so the collection rate of finished powder particles is maintained at a high level between 96% and 98%.
